Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.)

Instructions on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, takes possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return Procedure

Before returning any item, you must contact us at email-mbprohelpcenter@gmail.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photo or video evidence (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior authorization and confirmation will not be accepted.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

Digital Products & Training Plans

Training plans, e-books, and other digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree that the delivery begins immediately after purchase and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws for digital content.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

The right of withdrawal expires early for:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery

  • Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature

Shipping & Processing Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 10–14 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 14–21 business days (processing + shipping).

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, public holidays, high demand, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply.
